i need to post some pictures, but took some of avery in our bedroom tonight & don't feel like getting the camera right now. sorry, will post them later. here are some big milestones from last week before i forget:
1. ellison started using the bathroom again!!!
like the first time, it's something she's initiated & done on her own! for those of you who didn't know, ellison was COMPLETELY potty trained for a whole month before avery was born. then avery was born. on about day 4, ellison started having accidents. this quickly snowballed & ellison stopped going on the potty all together. so, we've been in pull-ups for the past 3 months. don't ask me what all of the sudden has given her a change of heart, but as of last week, she refuses to wear pull-ups (i have to sneak one on her after she falls asleep at night). -sigh- two down, one more to go!
2. avery found her toes!
it is so cute watching her lay there looking around and then, -gasp-, what are those cool things?? hours of entertainment (for both of us).
3. kennedy voluntarily put a skirt on
(we were going to get ice cream)
4. school starts next monday!!!
(did you just hear a choir of angels singing? me too.)
