park outing

first we started out at hampton park...kennedy rode her bike & i pushed ellison in the stroller. we walked the mile loop & boy was it hot!! here kennedy is pushing her bike up the steep bridge. i wish i would have videoed this! pictures miss the bicycle running away from kennedy & her ankle getting tangled in the training wheels. she was probably thinking, "why is my evil mom taking pictures of me when i'm obviously hurt?!!"

then we headed to the rayner's! we ate our lunch, relaxed in the a/c & got to spend some time with gibson & laurel.

here they are watching baby einstein (one of the few times ellison wasn't escaping upstairs).


then we picked daddy up from work & went to the pineapple park downtown (that's what we call it - not sure what it's really called? fountain park?). the girls had SUCH a fun time! the weather was so nice...hot enough for them to go in the water, but the cool breeze kept mommy & daddy comfortable.



ellison is definitely at the age where her attention span is MAYBE 5 seconds!
